Robert Henderson is a chartered Psychologist with
extensive experience in Executive / Leadership Development and Education,
Succession Management and Organization Development within large multinational
companies. He has worked in retail, manufacturing and electronics industries
as well as positions within a business school and a number of universities.
In his last corporate position Robert was Vice President of Leadership
and Organization Effectiveness for the Europe, Middle East and Africa
region for Motorola Inc. In a number of senior corporate roles Robert
has worked closely with line management in developing 'talent' initiatives
and driving organizational performance and improvement. He has also
worked as internal coach and counsel to senior executives and executive
teams in Europe and USA.
After a brief spell teaching Psychology at Dundee University Robert
joined Strathclyde Graduate Business School as a member of (and finally
managing) the in-company consulting and leadership development team.
This change allowed Robert to combine his previous 'hands-on' experience
with his academic training to support the development of individuals
and enterprises. For the next 13 years Robert joined the fast growing
Hi-Tech sector in HR, Organisation Development and Leadership Development
roles.
In 1998 Robert received the Presidents' Award from Bob Galvin the Chairman
of Motorola Inc. for his contribution to executive development.
Robert founded rhintegrity to guide and support individuals and enterprises
embarking on or engaged in renewal, transition and change. With Mark
Bell and Ian Chisholm, Robert created the RE-FIND THE FUTURE™
approach to leadership, organizational and personal renewal.
Robert's coaching and organizational development assignments include
UK, France, Germany, Italy and Israel. Sectors include: financial services,
banking, electronics, manufacturing, legal, government, telecomm, building
services, and education. Robert also contributes time and energy to
community building initiatives and community leaders who are committed
to making a difference.
Robert combines a passion for road cycling,-mountain biking and learning
with a wide a range of interests and pursuits.
