... more on Mark Bell
Renewal is at the core of Mark's work with lead self, lead others and lead the field - the essence of his approach.
Prior to establishing re-find the future®, Mark headed U.K. Human Resources for Alliance Boots, a global pharmacy led group. In that role Mark led a team of strategic personnel and development managers and delivered a ground-breaking program of development and change instrumental in the doubling of the share price. Much of that change was enabled by the introduction of a non-directive coaching culture - a culture that, 10 years later, is still the DNA of the business.
Having studied law and psychology, Mark spent several years prior to that role practicing as an associate within a criminal defense firm of lawyers. During that time he published several papers, established legal precedent and worked closely with local rehabilitation groups and organizations dedicated to reducing offending. Mark was the youngest person to be offered partnership at the age of 26.
Mark is a highly experienced coach and consultant working with a broad portfolio of local and global clients including, R.B.S., Ernst and Young, Standard Life, Aon and The Scottish Leadership Foundation.
Holding the certificate in Business Communications from the International N.L.P. Training Association, Mark is qualified in mediation and conflict resolution from Woodbury College, Vermont, is accredited by the Association of Professional Executive Coaches and Supervisors and serves on the Board of Directors of The University of Highlands and Islands.
Along with Robert Henderson and Ian Chisholm, Mark founded re-find the future® as a transformational approach to leadership, organizational and personal renewal. They share an innovative practice to grow more leadership everywhere. Co-creator of The Gemini Project, bringing together young people from tough socio-economic backgrounds and senior executive talent for an "inward-bound" leadership development experience, Mark has continued to develop new ways to approach development, social inclusion and empowerment. He has worked with various charitable and not-for-profit institutions and is a member of the Multiple Sclerosis Committee for Perth and Kinross.
