A passionate and creative advocate for values-based
design and sustainable business culture, Anne-Marie Daniel is a renowned
mediator and creative group facilitator. In 1997, Anne-Marie mediated the first Human Rights case to be dealt with using mediation in the courts of Vermont, U.S.A.
As an instructor of all communication and conflict resolution components
on The Gemini Project, Anne-Marie has been an architect of its curriculum
and philosophy. Her ability to connect with any group, and entice them
to engage with the very applicable skills of facing "sticky"
situations openly and honestly, has been a critical factor in the establishment
of The Roy Group. Her areas of expertise include business disputes,
public policy, divorce and most recently human rights. She is an associate
faculty member at Woodbury College in Montpelier, Vermont and Royal
Roads University on Vancouver Island.
Anne-Marie is a designer at heart. Her university degree from Concordia
is in theatrical set and costume design. The projects of The Wild Child
Idea Company find themselves as the container for her creative talents.
An extremely active citizen and mom, Anne-Marie is a member of the Values-Based
Business Network. Anne-Marie and husband Ian live on Vancouver Island
with their family.
