A champion of corporate-social responsibility and developing the leaders who practice it, Allison Hesje focuses on positive social change by incorporating coaching cultures in values-led enterprises. Allison is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), and is committed to the idea that the public and private sector can benefit from sharing their practices - that not-for-profits can increase their resources by adopting efficiencies from the private sector, ...

... while private enterprises can improve their results by adopting values-led principles from the public sector.

Allison's leadership has been instrumental in the establishment of the Institute of Child Development at Texas Christian University (TCU). Allison's efforts there have been focused on developing a thriving integration of research, education, and outreach. The TCU Institute of Child Development is a research-based not-for-profit organization that works with families of at-risk children, and is particularly focused on the needs of internationally adopted children.

Prior to a period of work in Europe, Allison worked at Operation Enterprise - a division of the American Management Association International headquartered in New York City. She was accountable for the project management and delivery of unique residential experiences which gives young adults from diverse backgrounds an opportunity to experience principles of best management practice. Over the course of her career at AMA Allison served on a committee to redraft all operational protocols, and served as a Team Leader for pilot projects in New York State, New York City, Philadelphia and Western Canada for Operation Enterprise.
